What forms of payment do you accept? Cash, check, and credit card through PayPal
Do you provide services outside of Portland, Oregon? Travel is included for sessions within 75-miles from Portland. Travel is available through U.S. and beyond.
Can I pick my shooting location? Absolutely! I can recommend places to match your style and personality if it is not an event or wedding.
Who will be the videographer for our shoot? I will be your videographer the shoot. I offer a 2nd shooter for $400 for weddings 2 or more hours
Is there an option to book additional filming hours? The rate is $250/hour, which covers filming and editing time which naturally extends the length of your highlight film.
Is set-up time included? 30-min set-up is included.
How many hours of filming do you receive? The Sierra and Muir package include up to 3-hours of filming.
How is the music selected? We will select timeless instrumental music. The music license fee is included in all our services.
When will I receive my short film? Within 3 to 4-weeks of filming
How is my film delivered? We are an eco-friendly business. We will email you a Vimeo or Dropbox link, where you can download a copy of your video in HD quality. We also include the file on the USB drive with your raw footage.
Do you provide raw footage? Yes, raw footage is included in all of our packages. Raw footage is unedited footage from your big day.
