Flying High in a Cessna Plane

"To live will be an awfully big adventure." - Peter Pan

My husband and I spent one Summer evening flying in a cessna plane over the city we have fallen in love with, good ole Portland, Oregon. Captain Andrew graciously flew us over Mount St. Helens, did a little touch and go on the main airstrip in PDX airport, and circled around the Oregon skies filled with rainbow clouds, and until the evening sky turned milky orange and pink tones. A compilation of photos, and a short video of our flight.

Flying over Mount St. Helens on May 22, 2018 was an incredible experience. From views of downtown Portland, steam vents on St. Helens, to seeing Rainier and Hood off in the distance, a painted sunset, the night was near perfect...minus having to pee the last hour!
